TransBandara Blok M-Soetta fare rises to Rp15.000 on Sept. 1
The increase from the Rp3.500 trial fare applies to the Blok M route; the Kalideres-Soetta route remains unchanged.
The Jakarta provincial government has set the TransBandara fare for the Blok M-Soekarno-Hatta Airport route at Rp15.000 per trip, effective Sept. 1, 2026. Throughout August, the Jakarta Transportation Agency will socialize the policy outlined in Governor Decree Number 685 of 2026. The route previously charged a Rp3.500 trial fare since its launch on March 12. Jakarta Transportation Agency head Budi Awaluddin said the adjustment was made to sustain operations and meet minimum service standards. According to PT Transportasi Jakarta, the service costs about Rp70.000 per passenger for the 64-kilometer trip, with the difference still covered by a provincial subsidy. Through June 30, the Blok M-Soetta route had served 182.996 passengers, or an average of 1.851 a day.
