TNI AD, US Army wrap up Ksatria Warrior 2026 drill in Sumsel
The Aug. 15-28 exercise included live-fire drills, staff training and renovation of SDN 04 Peracak to bolster interoperability.
TNI AD and the United States Army concluded the Ksatria Warrior 2026 joint exercise after 15 days at the Kodiklatad Combat Training Center in Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu district, South Sumatera. The Aug. 15-28 drill was designed to strengthen interoperability and readiness between the two countries in the Indo-Pacific region. The program included classroom theory, staff training through the military decision-making process, company-level field exercises and live-fire shooting drills. Before the main phase, U.S. and TNI AD engineer personnel also repaired SDN 04 Peracak on Aug. 11-19 through the Engineer Civic Action Project. Colonel Inf Medi Hariyo Wibowo said the exercise deepened coordination and communication among soldiers, while the US Army said the partnership was important for future joint operations.
