Third knife attack at Polish school in a week injures 3
The 21-year-old suspect was arrested in Warszawa as police continued tightening school security across Poland.
A 21-year-old woman was arrested after injuring three people with a dangerous object at an educational institution in Warszawa, Poland, on Saturday. The main victim, a 17-year-old student, was taken to hospital with injuries reported not to be life-threatening. Two other victims, a 17-year-old woman and a 24-year-old woman, were also hurt while arriving to submit enrollment documents. Police said the suspect was a student at the school and initial findings showed she did not know the victims. The incident was the third school attack in a week in Poland, after a stabbing that injured nine people in Mazovia on Wednesday and an attack a day later that killed a school guard in Leszczydół-Nowiny.
