Elisabeth Terland scored in the 89th minute to give Manchester United a 1-1 draw with Manchester City in the Women’s Super League derby, ending City’s perfect start to the season. Khadija Shaw put City ahead in the 68th minute on her 100th WSL appearance after a quieter first half, but United found a late response when Shaw’s clearance dropped to Terland inside the area. Jess Park also hit the crossbar for City as the visitors pushed for control before Shaw’s opener at Leigh Sports Village.
