Spencer Pratt joins lawsuit over Palisades fire losses in LA
What's new: The expanded case also includes Mayor Karen Bass' brother, whose Malibu home was destroyed in the fire.
Spencer Pratt has joined broader litigation over the Palisades fire, backing a lawsuit that names Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the state of California, the California Department of Parks and Recreation and Southern California Edison as defendants. Pratt wrote on X that he was teaming up with Kenneth Bass, the mayor's brother, after the fire destroyed homes in the area. Kenneth Bass and his wife, Cindy, alleged physical injuries and emotional distress after losing their Malibu home. Fox News reported they were among new plaintiffs added to the Palisades Fire Litigation, which was filed days after the fire.
