Singapore police probe shove that knocked man in his 70s to ground

Singapore police are investigating a confrontation at Roxy Square in East Coast after a man in his 70s was shoved to the ground following an interaction with a young girl. CCTV footage shared by Bei-Ing Wanton Noodle showed the elderly man, who his family said has difficulty walking, moving past a table while using nearby tables for support. As he passed, he briefly patted a girl on the head. Her father then returned to the table, confronted him and shoved him, causing him to fall. The family said relatives helped him up and that he later suffered back pain. Police confirmed on Sunday that a report had been filed and the investigation is ongoing.
