Singapore opens 6,952 BTO flats, with 2 Prime projects in Bishan

What's new: Applications run through June 24, and families expecting a third child now qualify for a bigger priority quota.

Singapore's Housing and Development Board opened 6,952 Build-To-Order flats in its June 2026 sales exercise, including two Prime projects in Bishan and Bukit Merah and two Plus projects in Ang Mo Kio. The seven projects also include three Standard developments in Sembawang and Woodlands. HDB said about 2,035 flats in Sembawang Brook and Sembawang Portico have waiting times of under three years. Prime projects Lakeview Cascadia and Berlayar Rise carry subsidy recovery rates of 10% and 14%, while the two Ang Mo Kio Plus projects carry 8% rates. HDB also raised the Third Child Priority Scheme quota to as much as 10% from 5% and extended it to families expecting their third child.
