Israeli strike hits Gaza refugee camp, killing 7-8
At least 15 people were wounded and taken to Al-Shifa Hospital, with most of the casualties reported to be children.
An Israeli airstrike hit a Palestinian displacement complex in the Gaza Strip on Saturday night (6/6), killing at least seven people. Other reports put the death toll at eight, with at least 15 people wounded. The strike hit tents sheltering displaced people in the Al-Rimal area, west of Gaza City, including the Al-Jawazat area, as many families were staying in emergency shelters. Ambulances and civil defense teams evacuated victims from the heavily damaged site, while the wounded were taken to Al-Shifa Hospital. Media and local sources said most of the casualties were children displaced by Israel's ongoing military operation in Gaza.
