PLN adds deputy CEO post, keeps Darmawan in charge
Yusuf Didi Setiarto joins as deputy president director in PLN’s 12-member leadership shake-up.
PT PLN (Persero) reshuffled its board of directors and added a new deputy president director post at its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Darmawan Prasodjo remains president director, while Yusuf Didi Setiarto was appointed deputy president director in the meeting held in Jakarta on Thursday (18/6). The new PLN board has 12 director positions. New names include Nurlely Aman, Sulistyo Biantoro, Rakhmad Dewanto Haris J., Suroso Isnandar, Edwin Nugraha Putra, M. Fahrur Rozy, Denny Triyanto, Daniel Karmel Fernando Tampubolon, Rizal Calvary Marimbo and Arsyadany G. Akmalaputri. PLN said the changes are aimed at strengthening governance and continuing the company’s transformation in the power sector.
