Real Madrid reach transfer agreement for Cucurella from Chelsea
Madrid is reported to be preparing 60 million euros, including 55 million euros plus a 5 million euro bonus, with final paperwork targeted for early next week.
Real Madrid have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Chelsea left back Marc Cucurella in the 2026 summer transfer window. According to The Athletic, quoted by ANTARA, the Spain international's transfer fee is set at 60 million euros, made up of a fixed 55 million euros and a 5 million euro bonus. Final documents are still being completed, but the move is expected to be wrapped up early next week. Cucurella, 27, remains under contract with Chelsea for three more seasons after extending his stay last year. Even so, he is said to be open to leaving the West London club. In the 2025/2026 season, Cucurella made 50 appearances and helped Chelsea win the Conference League and the 2025 Club World Cup.
