Prabowo meets 3 former Thai PMs at Danantara on investment
New: Thaksin, a Danantara adviser, offered input on asset management, investment and long-term growth.
President Prabowo Subianto met with three former prime ministers of Thailand at Wisma Danantara in Jakarta on Thursday to discuss opportunities to strengthen investment and asset management strategies. The three were Thaksin Shinawatra, Yingluck Shinawatra and Paetongtarn Shinawatra. Prabowo was accompanied by Danantara CEO Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, CIO Pandu Sjahrir and COO Dony Oskaria. Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya said Thaksin, who is now a member of Danantara's Advisory Board, offered input on national economic development focused on long-term growth. Rosan also said the talks covered possible cross-sector cooperation, including governance, industrial downstreaming and digital transformation. A day earlier, Prabowo had received the Shinawatra family delegation at Kertanegara.
