Prabowo aide meets Jokowi in Solo, brings wedding invitation
Jokowi aide said the 23-minute closed-door meeting was a courtesy visit and included a hand-delivered wedding invitation from Rizky Irmansyah.
Private secretary to President Prabowo Subianto, Rizky Irmansyah, met with former president Joko Widodo at his home in Sumber, Banjarsari, Solo, Central Java, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Rizky arrived at about 10:00 a.m. WIB, entered for a closed-door meeting that lasted about 23 minutes, then left without explaining the discussion. He only said he had come for a courtesy visit. Jokowi aide Syarif Muhammad Fitriansyah later said Rizky also personally delivered his wedding invitation to Jokowi. Tempo also reported that Rizky brought a gift when he arrived. The visit came as Jokowi's home was crowded with residents seeking photos and offering congratulations for his 65th birthday, which fell on June 21.
