Polri rotates 199 officers, changes Kakorlantas and 3 chiefs
Brigjen Aries Syahbudin takes over as Kakorlantas, while the reshuffle also affects Bangka Belitung, Kaltara and Lampung.
Polri rotated 199 senior and midlevel officers through National Police Chief Telegram Letter Number ST/2251/X/KEP/2026 dated 10 October 2026. The changes affect a number of strategic posts, including the Head of the Traffic Corps and three provincial police chiefs. Brigjen Aries Syahbudin now serves as Kakorlantas Polri, replacing Irjen Wibowo, who was reassigned as Widyaiswara Kepolisian Utama TK I Sespim Lemdiklat Polri. At the regional level, Irjen Agus Wijayanto became Kapolda Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, replacing Irjen Viktor Theodorus Sihombing, Brigjen Andi Syahriful Taufik took over as Kapolda Kalimantan Utara, and Brigjen Yustan Alpiani was appointed to lead Polda Lampung, replacing Irjen Helfi Assegaf. The Wakabaintelkam post also changed from Irjen Wawan Muliawan to Brigjen Anom Setyadji.
