PNM sends top employees, including Papua native, to Japan

PNM ties the Employee Award to staff development as it supports more than 23.3 million low-income women through June 2026.

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) again sent top-performing employees to Japan through its Employee Award program. One recipient was Rodrina, a PNM Account Officer who supports clients in Jayapura, Sorong and Merauke, after two years with the company. PNM said the trip is a form of appreciation for employees' integrity, service spirit and contributions across Indonesia. In addition to learning about Japan's disciplined and innovative work culture, awardees are expected to bring home practices in work ethic, collaboration and service to support the company's transformation. PNM Business and Human Resources Director Henry Yunus Kamang Pangamanan said the program is also intended to strengthen the quality of assistance for more than 23.3 million underprivileged women coached by PNM through June 2026.
