PNM sends hundreds of top employees on Umrah
The reward program also includes companions, as PNM says it has served more than 23.3 million underprivileged women through June 2026.
PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) has sent hundreds of its best employees and companions to perform Umrah through the Employee Reward Umrah program. The program is used as recognition for employee dedication and loyalty, while also serving as an incentive for other staff to maintain performance. PNM President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner Dradjad Hari Wibowo said the company wants employee rewards to become part of a sustainable work culture. One recipient, Utik Amaliyah from PNM Cabang Makassar, said the opportunity fulfilled a dream after 17 years working at PNM. Through June 2026, PNM said it had served more than 23.3 million underprivileged women in Indonesia through financing and empowerment.
