PNM overhauls board, names Kindaris as chief executive
Marsudi Syuhud and Temmy Satya Permana join the board of commissioners, while Dodot Patria Ary Suprianto takes the operations post.
PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) overhauled its board of directors and commissioners in a restructuring of its organization in Jakarta on 3 June 2026. Under the new lineup, Kindaris serves as Chief Executive Officer, Sunar Basuki is Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and L. Dodot Patria Ary Suprianto fills the post of Director of Operations and Institutional Relations. On the board of commissioners, Marsudi Syuhud joins as Independent Commissioner and Temmy Satya Permana as Commissioner. PNM said the move comes as the company faces challenges from digitalization, efficiency demands and higher governance requirements after changing status to persero. Management described the reshuffle as part of a long-term transformation while maintaining its mandate to empower ultra-micro women from low-income groups.
