PNM Holds Excellence Awards 2026 for 70,000 Employees

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) held the PNM Excellence Awards 2026 to coincide with the company’s 27th anniversary, aiming to strengthen workplace culture across a network of more than 70,000 employees throughout Indonesia. The program, themed “The Symphony of Excellence,” is designed not merely as an awards event, but as a driver of a more productive, collaborative and adaptive work culture. PNM wants good practices from one work unit to be adopted by others, while innovations that have proven effective can be replicated across regions. PNM Chief Executive Kindaris said the company’s transformation must grow from collaboration and shared awareness so that services to the public also improve.
