PNM and OJK support 268,231 women-led MSMEs in Aceh
By end-July 2026, 56,714 clients had been helped to obtain NIB, and some have already secured halal certification.
PNM and OJK are expanding support for ultra-micro women entrepreneurs in Aceh by combining financing and financial literacy. As of July 31, 2026, the PNM Mekaar program in Aceh had reached 268,231 clients in 19,628 groups, supported by 1,300 facilitators in 77 units. The assistance goes beyond access to capital and also covers financial management, risk awareness, business legality and market opportunities. More than 56,714 clients have been helped to obtain Nomor Induk Berusaha, while others already hold halal certificates. PNM has also awarded scholarships to 104 clients' children. One beneficiary, Nur Asma, has grown her Keripik Pisang Kak Nur business since joining PNM Mekaar Syariah in 2024 and reached a financing ceiling of Rp 6 juta.
