PNM awards 1,590 scholarships to Mekaar and ULaMM customers' children
Veronika Reni's daughter, Citra, in Kampung Wae Moto, is among PNM Scholarship 2026 recipients from elementary school to college.
PNM distributed 1,590 education scholarships through PNM Scholarship 2026 to the children of active Mekaar and ULaMM customers, from elementary school through college. The program was highlighted to coincide with Hari Anak Nasional 2026 through the story of Veronika Reni, PNM Mekaar's first customer in Kampung Wae Moto, Kupang. Since joining in 2020, Veronika has used business capital support to help sustain her family from a vegetable garden while keeping her children in school. Her daughter, Citra, is now in 6th grade at SD Inpres Wae Moto and has placed first in her class for five straight years. Citra is also a scholarship recipient. PNM President Director Kindaris said PNM support is aimed not only at customer business growth, but also at their children's access to education.
