PN Jaksel schedules Lodewyk Pusung pretrial hearing for Sept. 4
The petition will test whether the Jampidsus seizure was lawful, after a similar case at PN Jakpus failed on jurisdiction.
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan has scheduled the first pretrial hearing for Lodewyk Pusung on Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, with the agenda of summoning the parties. The suspect in the alleged corruption case involving the management of the Makan Bergizi Gratis program filed the petition on Aug. 26, 2026, under case number 150/Pid.Pra/2026/PN JKT.SEL. According to the SIPP PN Jakarta Selatan website, the petition challenges whether the seizure carried out by investigators from the Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus of Kejaksaan Agung was lawful. Earlier, Lodewyk filed a similar pretrial petition at PN Jakarta Pusat, but it was ruled inadmissible because the court lacked jurisdiction. He also challenged the validity of his suspect status at PN Jakarta Selatan, but that petition was not accepted.
