PHE oil and gas output reaches 1.032 million BOEPD in 2025
PHE also posted net income of US$2.175 billion and added 314 MMBOE in proven reserves, including from Algeria assets.
PT Pertamina Hulu Energi recorded oil and gas production of 1.032 million barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2025. The breakdown was oil output of 556,000 barrels per day and gas output of 2.757 million cubic feet per day. The performance was presented at the annual general meeting for fiscal 2025. Over the year, PHE completed 887 exploitation wells, 1,288 workover wells and 37,266 well service jobs. On the exploration side, PHE drilled 20 wells, carried out 2,931 kilometers of 2D seismic surveys and 855 square kilometers of 3D seismic surveys. As a result, 2C contingent resources rose by 1,097.43 million BOE, led by nonconventional oil and gas findings in the Rokan Working Area totaling 724.22 million barrels of oil. PHE also booked net income of US$2.175 billion and added 314 MMBOE of proven reserves, including from the MLN Phase 5 project in Block 405a, Algeria.
