Peruri wins 4 awards at HCREA 2026, 3 top-rated

Peruri won four awards at the Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award (HCREA) 2026 in Jakarta. Three company awards received five-star ratings: The Best Human Capital Resilience Strategy, The Best Workforce Agility & Change Management, and The Best AI Readiness & Digital Talent Development. Another award went to Peruri Finance and Human Resources Director Fajar Rizki through the Human Capital Leadership Award. Peruri said the results were linked to stronger organizational resilience, workforce adaptation, and digital talent development amid the use of AI. Peruri added that 2026 marked the fifth year it has received HCREA awards since 2022, in line with its business transformation drive and its role as GovTech Indonesia.
