Pertamina Patra Niaga teams with Jamintel to oversee 2026-2027 fuel imports
The oversight will cover crude oil, fuel and LPG imports to reduce legal risk and open the tender process.
Pertamina Patra Niaga signed an Integrity Pact for Strategic Development Security with the Deputy Attorney General for Intelligence at the Attorney General's Office in Jakarta on Tuesday (18/8) to oversee energy imports for the 2026-2027 period. The cooperation covers procurement of crude oil, fuel and LPG. Pertamina Patra Niaga Commercial Director Erwin Suryadi said the assistance is intended to ensure procurement decisions are transparent, comply with the law and support national energy supply amid volatile global oil prices and geopolitical uncertainty. Acting Secretary of Jamintel Sarjono Turin said the assistance will be carried out through the Strategic Development Security function to support priority projects and reduce legal risk in the tender process.
