Pertamina Patra Niaga completes docking of 12 ships by July
February-July 2026 maintenance covered 2 crude, 3 gas-petrochemical, 4 product-I and 3 product-II ships without disrupting supply.
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga completed docking for 12 ships in the February-July 2026 period as part of a routine fleet maintenance program to maintain the national energy distribution chain. The work was carried out at several domestic shipyards through inspections, component replacement, full repairs, and operational tests before the ships returned to duty.
The 12 ships consisted of 2 crude carriers, 3 gas and petrochemical ships, 4 product-I ships, and 3 product-II ships. The vessels that finished maintenance included MT Serui, MT Gede, Transko Bima, Transko Aquila, Transko Aries, PIS Cepu, MT Matindok, MT Kasim, MT Pegadun, MT Sambu, MT Kamojang, and MT Pasaman. Pertamina said the docking schedule was arranged so the distribution of BBM, LPG, avtur, and other energy products could continue uninterrupted.
