Pelni replaces chief executive, names Budi Setyawan Wijaya
Triswahyu Herlina takes over as finance director while Kokok Susanto moves to fleet and engineering.
PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Pelni) overhauled its board of directors at the 2025 annual general meeting in Jakarta on Thursday (18/6). Budi Setyawan Wijaya was appointed chief executive officer, replacing Tri Andayani. At the same time, Anik Hidayati was replaced by Triswahyu Herlina as finance and risk management director. Another change moved Kokok Susanto, who previously led the cargo transport and sea toll business, to fleet and engineering director. The cargo transport and sea toll business role is now filled by Hana Suhardi. Pelni corporate secretary Ditto Pappilanda said the decision also included approval of the annual report, 2025 financial statements, and the company’s performance. Pelni currently operates 25 passenger ships, serves 483 routes, and calls at 75 ports.
