Pelindo launches ACS dashboard to track port payments

Users can now monitor three fund statuses—paid, withheld and released—and reconcile transactions via BRI and Mandiri.

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), or Pelindo, is strengthening digital port services through an Auto Collection System (ACS) dashboard to monitor port service payments in real time. The system displays transaction processes in one centralized dashboard, allowing service users to track payment status independently while giving Pelindo more accurate revenue records. The ACS dashboard includes three transaction statuses: paid funds, withheld funds and released funds. The data is also used to match and reconcile financial records. Pelindo ACS is currently connected with Bank BRI through Qlola by BRI and Bank Mandiri through Kopra by Mandiri. Pelindo said the connectivity will be expanded to other banking partners to support transactions that are more effective, efficient, transparent and accountable.
