Pegadaian secures Rp1.4 trillion financing from Bank Syariah Nasional

PT Pegadaian signed a working capital financing facility worth Rp1.4 trillion from Bank Syariah Nasional (BSN) at Menara 1 BTN in Central Jakarta on Monday, June 8, 2026. The funds were channeled under a musyarakah contract to strengthen Pegadaian's liquidity and support the expansion of sharia financing services. Beyond the funding, the two companies are also preparing digital service integration. Pegadaian's Tabungan Emas feature is being explored for inclusion in the Bale Syariah mobile banking app so BSN customers can invest, top up and monitor their gold portfolio in a single app. BSN is also being prepared as an account option for loan disbursements and payments in Pegadaian's Tring! app.
