Crystal Palace and Everton have agreed a swap deal that would send Brennan Johnson to Goodison Park and Dwight McNeil to Selhurst Park. Both players are expected to undergo medicals Monday before completing moves on initial four-year contracts. The deal revives Palace's pursuit of McNeil after a February move collapsed despite the winger completing a medical. Johnson joined Palace from Tottenham for £35 million in January but did not score in 26 appearances for the club. McNeil, 26, has scored 15 goals in 128 games for Everton since arriving from Burnley in 2022. Palace will play in the Europa League this season after winning the Conference League, while Everton finished 13th in the Premier League last term.
