Nusron Wahid Appears at KPK for 5-Hour Bogor HGB Bribery Probe
He came after skipping two summons; KPK has seized Rp106,3 miliar and named eight suspects.
ATR/BPN Minister Nusron Wahid went to the KPK Red and White Building in South Jakarta on Wednesday (4/11/2026) to be questioned as a witness in the alleged bribery case over the management of Hak Guna Bangunan for PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor, as well as another case at the Ministry of ATR/BPN. Nusron arrived at about 09.22 WIB and left around 14.45 WIB, making the examination last nearly five hours. He had previously missed KPK summonses on 7 and 15 October 2026. KPK had earlier said it could not stop Nusron from leaving the country because the Criminal Procedure Code allows travel restrictions only for suspects. In this case, KPK has seized Rp106,3 miliar in cash from the 14 September sting operation and named eight suspects.
