AHU data migration leaves foundation status missing, stalls land deal
Kemenkum is preparing a copy of the foundation data so it can be used to process an asset transaction at BPN Nagan Raya, Aceh.
The Ministry of Law is handling a problem involving a foundation whose data did not appear in the Directorate General of General Legal Administration system during a data transformation process. The issue surfaced at the “Pasti Ada Solusi” event at the Kemenkum building in Jakarta on Friday (14/8), when Edy Wanda complained that a land purchase in the foundation’s name was delayed because BPN in Nagan Raya, Aceh, could not find the foundation’s status in AHU. Andi Taletting Langi, director of legal entities at Kemenkum, said the Directorate General of AHU is moving registered foundation data to a new system, so some records may not be readable when searched. Kemenkum promised to promptly provide a copy of the foundation data so it can be used for BPN purposes.
