He did not, leaving Republicans without a practical way to name another nominee. Miller faces mounting pressure over abuse allegations from his ex-wife, Emily Moreno, which he denies. Sen. Bernie Moreno and Sen. Jon Husted have urged him to step aside, while President Donald Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson have backed him.
