Morocco beat Haiti 4-2 to reach 2026 World Cup round of 32
The result left Morocco second in Group C on seven points, sent Brazil through, and ended Haiti's campaign without a point.
Morocco secured a place in the round of 32 at the 2026 World Cup after beating Haiti 4-2 in the final Group C match at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Thursday morning WIB. Haiti twice took the lead through an own goal by Yassine Bounou and a strike from Wilson Isidor, but Morocco responded through Achraf Hakimi, Ismael Saibari, Soufiane Rahimi and Gessime Yassine. The result left Morocco second with seven points, level with Brazil but behind on goal difference. Brazil advanced as group winner after a 3-0 victory over Skotlandia in the other match. Haiti finished bottom of the group without a point, while Skotlandia remained third and still had a chance to advance as one of the best third-placed teams.
