LKPP launches anti-corruption training for government procurement
Participants must draft anti-corruption action plans at their agencies, and LKPP will monitor and evaluate the results.
LKPP launched a blueprint and anti-corruption training program for government goods and services procurement in Jakarta, Wednesday (26/8/2026), targeting not only procurement professionals but also officials who control budgets and spending processes. LKPP head Sarah Sadiqa said the program is intended to change the behavior of procurement actors, not merely add training modules. KPK data for 2004 through the second quarter of 2025 recorded 426 procurement corruption cases, making it the second-most common offense after gratuities or bribery. LKPP is preparing in-person training, blended learning, and MOOC courses. After the training, participants from ministries, agencies and regional governments must draw up anti-corruption action plans that will be monitored and evaluated for their impact in the workplace.
