KUR disbursement reaches Rp159.8 trillion, covers 2.5 million UMKM
Production-sector lending accounts for 64.6 percent of disbursements, nearing this year's 65 percent target.
The Ministry of UMKM said KUR disbursements through July 12, 2026 reached Rp159.8 trillion, equal to 54.2 percent of the national target of Rp295 trillion. The subsidized financing has reached about 2.5 million UMKM borrowers. Secretary of the Ministry of UMKM Loto Srinaita Ginting said 1.1 million of them were new borrowers, or 83.5 percent of the 2026 target. Graduate borrowers, or UMKM that have moved up a class, totaled 511,208, or 46.2 percent of this year’s goal. Lending to the production sector was recorded at Rp103.2 trillion, equal to 64.6 percent of the target. This year, the government is targeting 65 percent of KUR to flow to the production sector, with program loan ceilings of up to Rp500 million.
