KSP: Markup in BGN electric motorbike procurement at Rp200 billion
The more than Rp1 trillion purchase for 21,801 units was prepaid and continued even after suspects changed, Dudung said.
Head of the Presidential Staff Office Dudung Abdurachman said alleged markup in the procurement of electric motorbikes at Badan Gizi Nasional was about Rp200 billion. That figure was lower than the estimate from the State Audit Board, which was said to reach Rp400 billion. Dudung said the procurement for the nutrition service units had been paid during the previous leadership, so the process valued at more than Rp1 trillion continued.
According to him, the 21,801 electric motorbikes are still being assembled and will later become BGN assets. Their use will be determined by BGN head Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, including the possibility of being transferred to other parties. The case surfaced after President Prabowo Subianto removed Dadan Hindayana from the post of BGN head on 2 June 2026. A day later, the Attorney General's Office named Dadan, Sony Sanjaya and Lodewyk Pusung suspects in a corruption case at BGN.
