The open ship at Satrol Koarmada VIII pier also introduced students and visitors to naval careers and KRI Bima Suci's training role.
KRI Bima Suci drew strong interest from North Sulawesi residents on the final day of an open ship event at the Main Pier of Satrol Koarmada VIII, Bitung, on Friday. The TNI Angkatan Laut sailing training ship welcomed students, university students, families and other members of the public who toured the vessel and received briefings on its history and purpose. As part of the educational visit, students from SMP Hang Tuah Manado were also invited onto the deck to learn more about the maritime world. Koarmada VIII Commander Rear Adm.
