KPK searches 3 Bogor offices, seizes tax and procurement files
After raiding Bappenda and BKPSDM a day earlier, investigators moved to Disdik as Rp1.5 billion was already secured.
KPK searched three government offices in Bogor Regency over the past two days and seized documents tied to a suspected corruption case. On Thursday (27/8), investigators entered the Bappenda and BKPSDM offices of Bogor Regency to look for evidence in a case involving cuts to incentives from tax and regional levy collection. A day later, on Friday, KPK searched the Bogor Regency Education Office and seized procurement documents. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said the findings from the searches would be reviewed to help clarify the case. KPK previously acknowledged securing around Rp1.5 billion in the handling of a case within the Bogor Regency administration. The anti-graft agency has also not named any suspects because the investigation is still being handled under a general warrant.
