KPK reschedules Rudy Tanoe questioning for Aug. 11
Rudy was called as a witness in the 2020 PKH rice aid case, while his suspect status and overseas travel ban remain in place.
KPK has rescheduled the questioning of Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, alias Rudy Tanoe, for Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, in its investigation into alleged corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance for beneficiaries of the Program Keluarga Harapan in the 2020 fiscal year. Rudy will be examined as a witness. According to his lawyer, Ricky HP Sitohang, Rudy did not appear for the Aug. 6 summons because he already had a medical examination scheduled. A request for postponement was submitted to the KPK building on Aug. 5, and KPK confirmed the proposed new date. The case is an offshoot of the 2020-2021 rice social assistance case at the Kementerian Sosial, which allegedly caused state losses of about Rp200 miliar. In that case, KPK has named Rudy Tanoe, Edi Suharto, Kanisius Jerry Tengker, PT Dosni Roha Indonesia, and PT Dosni Roha Logistik as suspects.
