KPK reschedules Nusron questioning in Summarecon HGB case
The third summons follows two missed appearances by the ATR/BPN minister, while KPK has already detained eight suspects.
KPK will reschedule an examination of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Minister/Head of BPN Nusron Wahid as a witness in the alleged bribery case involving the processing of building use rights for PT Summarecon Agung Tbk and other receipts within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto said on Tuesday (3/11) that the summons is being prepared in the near future and investigators hope the questioning can take place as soon as possible. Nusron has twice failed to respond to summonses, on Oct. 7 because of internal meetings and on Oct. 15 because he was abroad. Setyo said investigators face no obstacles; the schedule is being adjusted to the workload of the task force handling other cases. KPK is still prioritizing voluntary attendance, although the option of forced measures remains subject to investigators' assessment. In the case, KPK has named eight suspects, including Lampri and Adrianto Pitojo Adhi.
