KPK Reschedules Nusron Examination After Malaysia Trip
KPK said this is the second time Nusron has missed a summons, as the Summarecon Bogor HGB bribery probe continues.
KPK will reschedule the examination of Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid after he again failed to appear before investigators on Thursday (15/10). KPK Investigation Director Achmad Taufik Husein said Nusron was in Malaysia and had sent a letter explaining his absence on official business. Nusron was summoned as a witness in the alleged bribery case involving the handling of HGB at PT Summarecon Agung Tbk and other receipts within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. KPK previously named eight suspects, including Sontang Coin Manurung, Fahd El Fouz, Arif Sugiyanto, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, and Lampri. MAKI coordinator Boyamin Saiman also said Nusron traveled via Batam, Singapore, and then Johor Bahru. KPK is considering compulsory measures after Nusron failed to appear twice.
