KPK questions Rudy Tanoe to calculate rice aid state losses
BPKP auditors joined the review of contract values and fair costs after aid distribution was alleged to stop at the village office.
KPK questioned PT Dosni Roha Logistik President Commissioner Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, known as Rudy Tanoe, on Tuesday (11/8) to calculate the state financial loss in a suspected corruption case involving rice aid distribution for beneficiary families under Program Keluarga Harapan in the 2020 budget year. The examination was carried out with auditors from Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said investigators were digging into the procurement process, contract value and reasonable distribution costs. Under the contract, the rice was supposed to be delivered door to door, but KPK suspects the distribution stopped at the kelurahan. Rudy was questioned for about 4.5 hours at the KPK Red and White Building in Jakarta and said he was present as a witness for another suspect. The case stems from an expanded investigation into rice aid at Kementerian Sosial in the 2020–2021 period, which is suspected of causing state losses of up to Rp200 miliar.
