KPK questions 3 notaries to trace assets in Kemnaker K3 case
Three other notaries skipped the summons as investigators followed assets allegedly controlled by or bought for the suspects.
KPK questioned three notaries to trace the assets of suspects in an alleged extortion case tied to the processing of occupational safety and health certificates at the Ministry of Manpower. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said the witnesses were questioned about assets that are suspected to be under the control of or purchased by the suspects. The three notaries who appeared were identified as TUT, RUD and DER, while BIM, KRF and SPN did not comply with the summons. The case began with a sting operation on 22 August 2025. KPK then named 11 suspects, including Deputy Manpower Minister Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan and two people from PT KEM Indonesia. On 11 December 2025, KPK added three new suspects: Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga, Chairul Fadhly Harahap and Haiyani Rumondang.
