KPK probes ATG, EDC purchases in Rp3.6 trillion Pertamina project
KPK and BPK are tallying state losses by inspecting samples of about 23,000 EDC machines across four provinces.
KPK is examining purchases of automatic tank gauge (ATG) and electronic data capture (EDC) machines in its corruption investigation into the digitalization project for PT Pertamina (Persero) gas stations in 2018-2023. On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, investigators questioned Liniaty July, Business Development at PT Sempurna Global Pertama, at the KPK's Red and White Building in Jakarta. The case has been under investigation since September 2024 and is now said to be in its final stage. KPK has named three suspects, but has not disclosed all of their identities. One already identified is Elvizar of PT Pasifik Cipta Solusi. The Rp3.6 trillion project was handled by PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) for more than 5,000 gas stations. Together with BPK, KPK is also calculating state losses through field checks on samples of about 23,000 EDC units in Jawa Tengah, DI Yogyakarta, Jawa Barat, and Banten.
