Kemenimipas Opens Selection for 405 Poltekimipas Cadets
The intake includes 375 general and affirmative slots and 30 for civil servants, with three elimination rounds.
The Ministry of Immigration and Corrections opened online registration for prospective cadets at Poltekimipas for Fiscal Year 2026 on Aug. 18-30, 2026. Selection committee chairman Dadan Gunawan said this year’s student requirement stands at 405, comprising 375 general and affirmative slots and 30 slots for civil servants within Kemenimipas. Applicants will compete for six study programs at the Indonesian Polytechnic for Immigration and Corrections, ranging from Corrections Engineering to Immigration Technology Management. The selection stages include administration, the basic competency test, and a follow-up selection covering medical checks, physical observation, fitness, psychology, interviews and skills. All stages use an elimination system and carry no fee.
