DPR complex in IKN moves to structure phase, due in 2027
The 750-day project starting Dec. 4, 2025, covers three main buildings plus roads, utilities, drainage and landscaping.
Construction of the DPR Building and Area Package I in Ibu Kota Nusantara, East Kalimantan, has now moved from foundation work to the structure stage and is targeted for completion in December 2027. The project is being carried out by the KSO Waskita Karya-Brantas Abipraya for the Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara over 750 calendar days starting Dec. 4, 2025. Package I includes Gedung A, Gedung B1, and Gedung C1, along with area roads, utilities, drainage, landscaping, and other supporting infrastructure. By week 33, excavation, embankment, bored pile, and soldier pile work continued to accelerate, alongside construction of pile caps, floor slabs, and the building structure. Independent commissioner of PT Brantas Abipraya Isra D. Pramulya also highlighted the challenges of design adjustments, additional work, and coordination to keep the schedule on track.
