Kapolda and Pangdam Jaya meet Krukut residents on brawls

Metro Jaya Police Chief Asep Edi Suheri and Jaya Military Commander Deddy Suryadi visited two locations in Kelurahan Krukut, Tamansari, West Jakarta, on Tuesday as part of the “Jaga Jakarta On The Spot” program. At Cafe Junet on Jalan Keutamaan Dalam RT 06/RW 03, they spoke with neighborhood and community leaders and residents about local security, strengthening satkamling, the role of bhabinkamtibmas and babinsa, and anti-brawl monitoring posts. The group then moved to Kedai Go Pilan on Jalan Ketapang Utara I RW 07 to discuss security and residents’ economic activity. In the simultaneous activity across the Metro Jaya Police jurisdiction, residents also reported the need for street lighting, hazardous road work, steps to prevent motorcycle theft, a proposal for a police post, and risks ahead of pilkades. Police said the input would be followed up and coordinated with relevant agencies.
