Jawa Tengah Investment Reaches Rp72.54 Trillion Through Q3 2026
Jawa Barat remained the top province nationally at Rp91 trillion, while Indonesia's total investment in Q3 hit Rp528.7 trillion.
Realized investment in Jawa Tengah reached Rp72.54 trillion through the third quarter of 2026 from 82,420 projects, absorbing 340,334 workers. Of that total, domestic investment contributed Rp31.77 trillion and foreign investment Rp40.77 trillion. Kendal regency posted the highest value in the province at Rp13.61 trillion, followed by Semarang city at Rp9.07 trillion and Batang at Rp8.54 trillion. Jawa Tengah Governor Ahmad Luthfi disclosed the figures at the opening of the 19th Semarang Business Forum in Semarang on Wednesday, while urging cross-regional collaboration to attract investors. He also said 57 labor-intensive Vietnamese companies plan to open branches in Jawa Tengah. Nationally, Jawa Barat remained the province with the highest realized investment in the third quarter of 2026 at Rp91 trillion.
