Jawa Tengah governor wants development gains felt by residents

Jawa Tengah Governor Ahmad Luthfi called for all development gains in the province to be translated into benefits that residents can feel directly. After attending a plenary session of the Jawa Tengah DPRD in Semarang on Friday, he stressed that local governments must work for the people by listening to and responding to public problems. Luthfi said the direction laid out by President Prabowo Subianto in the state address must be followed by concrete action in the regions, so that development success does not stop at statistical achievements. He also said the momentum of Indonesia's Independence Day, which coincides with the anniversary of Jawa Tengah, should serve as a reminder to keep improving development outcomes for the public.
