Jasa Raharja, labor union sign 2026 collective pact in Jakarta
Yassierli urged Jasa Raharja to improve services, speed digital transformation, and strengthen accident-prevention efforts.
PT Jasa Raharja and the Jasa Raharja Workers Union signed the 2026 Collective Labor Agreement in Jakarta on Wednesday (24/6), witnessed by Manpower Minister Yassierli. The agreement serves as a guide for labor relations between the company and its workers, while reaffirming a commitment to maintain harmonious, productive and sustainable industrial relations. At the event, Yassierli urged industrial relations to move beyond harmony toward more transformative collaboration between management and workers. He also outlined three strategic priorities for Jasa Raharja: improving service quality for traffic accident victims and public transport passengers, accelerating digital transformation to boost efficiency and productivity, and strengthening preventive and promotional roles to build a national transportation safety culture.
