Jakarta Fair 2026 Opens, 2,800 Participants Fill JIExpo for 32 Days
The June 11-July 12 event is targeting more than Rp8 trillion in transactions and attendance above 6 million.
Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung opened Jakarta Fair Kemayoran 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Thursday night for the 32-day event running through July 12. The annual event, held for Jakarta's 499th anniversary, features 2,800 participants with 1,800 booths or tenants. Of that total, 55 percent are large companies and 45 percent are UMKM. Pramono said this year's event is more festive than last year's and set a target of more than Rp8 trillion in transactions and more than 6 million visitors. Last year, Jakarta Fair recorded total transactions of Rp7.3 trillion. The opening was marked by Pramono striking a kenong together with Minister of UMKM Maman Abdurrahman, Hartati Murdaya, and Karuna Murdaya.
